Maxim Healthcare Services is a repulsive company to work for. Management is chosen poorly and with lack of proper training. Not talking about personal matters is frowned upon, and actual work is pushed to the back burner for nonsensical conversation that will pull you out of your comfort zone in the most uncomfortable and unethical way.
