    Very disappointed for two reasons. Most recently my 89 year old father contracted with this company to provide overnight coverage (one 12 hour shift) for my 87 year old mother who has mobility and cognitive challenges while my father was to be in out-patient surgery. Through a fortunate set of events for my father, coverage was no longer required. Coverage was cancelled by phone with the owner approx. one week prior to the surgery date. The family has both direct and contemporaneous evidence of this. The employee showed up anyway at 3AM, was reminded that the service had been previously cancelled, and went away. Multiple attempts to discuss this with different office staff and with the owner were unsuccessful. On the last attempt the owner hung up on my father and said something to the effect that he was tired of having his staff bothered. The normal method of invoicing for this company is to direct bill a credit card on file. On past engagements with this company this worked smoothly (although the invoices were usually incorrect (too many hours charged) and needed to be revised). In this case an invoice for 12 hours was generated, charged to my father's credit card, and paid all before the company transmitted the invoice to the family - very convenient for the company and quite unprofessional as well. We will dispute the charge once the credit card statement arrives. Also, during the initial company engagements in late 2019 a tablet computer disappeared under "mysterious circumstances" We are not accusing anyone but no one else was in the house during those overnight hours. I would award zero stars if possible. Suggest prospective clients proceed with extreme caution.

    Extremely unhappy with lack of knowledge and help by the HomeCare employee. Seemed to not know anything and sat in chair entire time. Never spoke to patient or gave any care in any way. Fired company after disappointing experience. Person answering phone was hostile and non caring. This being my first day of home hospice for a dying spouse was very upsetting. Now Im being billed for $96 for an hour and 15 minute time while she sat. Do not recommend.

    Never on time the schedulers dont listen and the cnas dont do the jobs that they are supposed to do. I wouldnt chose them again im calling the va to work with another company. Update. They are calling adult protection services on me because they dont want to admit they where right. If you know whats good for your family don't have these people come in your home.

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is the worst home health care organization I have ever had the mispleasure of dealing with. They do not take customer's questions or concerns seriously, they do not return phone calls, and they constantly send random caregivers out when it has been specifically requested that they do not do that. They treat not only their customers like garbage, but also their caregiver staff. The "Care" Coordinator Kristin is the most unprofessional disrespectful person and does not deserve to be in this business. They should be embarrassed at how they conduct their business. There are so many other genuine, caring companies to chose from. I'm happy to say we are no longer using this companies services.
