Health Force

I've had a number of home health nurses in the past. I've had Heath Force for 7 years, and its not b/c insurance makes me use them. Which tells you everything you need to know! Staff is friendly, reliable, and there is very low turnover..a big plus when your nurse is familiar with you & your health. My infusion nurse Cassandra, and Chris in the office have been easy to work with! They are competent and genuinely care about their patients!

Nothing much to share as tbey have not gotten anyone to come and take care of my mom. I call and am promised things, yet nothing changes. Spoke with supervisor a week ago and case manager was to call me and never did so I called yesterday left a measage for her to call and she never did. Not a professional way to handle cliebts.

I have been an employee on & off since about 2010 & I have been very happy with office staff. The scheduling staff always have tried to place me where I would fit best with my clients. I am very appreciative of that. When you are at a case & have a question Corin, Lisa or even Charlene are always kind, never intimidating & willing to listen & help. Nothing worse than working for an agency that your uncomfortable with if you need help or just a set of experienced ears to give you that little boost of confidence. Thank you, Ladies.

Absolutely fantastic, especially Trent for PT. He did more for my mother in a handful of home visits than an inpatient skilled nursing did in 3 weeks. They are also highly professional, responsive, and caring. Cant recommend them enough. Whenever my parents or anyone else needs this type of help, I recommend Health Force.
