The service man was personable and completed the work quickly.  He worked on folding doors in the kitchen and guest bedroom.  Labor was expensive. We required a pair of folding doors for the bedroom.  The doors that came off his truck where plastic wrapped.  I assumed they were new. When I reviewed the final installation, the doors were slightly chipped at the top and smudges and dirt were all over the doors front and back.  He said he had to trim the door panels to fit.  No problem.  The closet has four panel doors.  The two installed will require painting to match. Painting  was not included.  I don't understand why the doors were so dirty after installation, especially if they came new and wrapped in plastic at the factory. The 2 panel door in the kitchen required only a new track installed at the top.  Perhaps I should have watched the bedroom installation to understand why the panels were or became smudged during the installation.  I would use the company and service man again perhaps for larger home repair jobs.  This project has been a pain in side for many months.  I tried fixing the bedroom, only to have the wood at the top of the panels collapse.  The folding doors apparently are cheaply constructed.  So, despite the cost and the smudges the problems were corrected.

Just had Owen Weeks out to repair some holes in our ceiling from moving lights. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and he exceeded our expectations. So appreciative of how patient and kind he was. Cant speak for the rest of the employees but I recommend requesting Owen if you give them a try! I will be sharing him in all of our local Facebook groups and with friends who will be needing help with various home projects. Thanks owen!

Rich contacted me he was assigned to fix a screw up from another source. He was professional and very efficient. The first problem was that the siding on my house was no longer in production. He found a suitable replacement, brought out a sample for color match, suggested that we do a section of the house instead of a couple of slats. If you did not know that was not the primary product you would have a hard time to pick it out. Working with him I did not have to play tag with him or deal with people from the office that were not up on all aspects of the project. He made the extra effort to keep me informed. It took 2 days for job quote and supply source. He showed up when he said he would. The job took a half day as he also had to work with an employee from the previous source. He is all around efficient. He would be the first handy man I will call in the future. He also made a super clean up when he was done. A WINNER! Services: General repairs, General construction
