Dream Fit

I have been going to this gym for over a year now. I love the instruction from the trainers on how to work out properly. The HIIT classes have really increased my strength and stamina.

Im in the Fort Myers area about 2-3 times a year and have been going to this gym ever since it opened. I like the circuit style of the workouts and there are usually at least 2 coaches on the floor motivating you, correcting your form and singing I have finally tried the Barbell Club Class and Coach Leia does an exceptional job instructing!

The most amazing gym Ive ever gone to. The workouts are like nothing Ive ever experienced and the staff feels like family.

I am constantly trying different gyms and diets to achieve my goals. But I decided to give Dream fit a try during a 6 week transformation challenge. No strings attached just 6 weeks to give it a solid try. During the first orientation, I had a light switch moment after hearing the owner speak about how this program is laid out. I always thought in order to loose weight I had to eat bland diet food. Yet I am learning to work within my macros finding delicious healthy foods that can be a lifestyle change for me rather than some diet plan Ill only do for a few weeks. He asked me at orientation what my goal was and I said to get into my skinny side of my closet. I always hold on to clothes in different sizes. Its been 2 years since Ive been able to wear those clothes and after 3 weeks of this challenge I was able to comfortably put on most of the clothes that I havent been able to fit into! The journey doesnt stop for me here. I believe in this gym and this program and decided to call it my gym home. Super friendly and encouraging staff, clean and up to date equipment, and a workout structure that changes daily so never a dull moment. Highly recommend this gym for all fitness levels.
