I stopped in while waiting to pick my mom up from the airport. Had about a half hour to kill and thought I'd check out their pre-owned iron selection as I'm currently shopping around for some *new* ones. I grabbed a few clubs and went over to one of the hitting bays. After a few shots, an associate came over and introduced himself, and asked my name. I asked if it was okay that I was hitting, and he said "absolutely!". We talked for a few minutes and he gave me a few pointers, very cool. He told me to move over to another bay where he continued to give me pointers and showed me how the Trackman can help improve a players swing. It was awesome! I had never experienced a step-by-step walkthrough like this and it was extremely eye-opening. I can't tell you the last time I went into a retail-store and felt customer-service quite like I did today. Scott G is an absolute asset to this place, and I'm looking forward to booking lessons with him in the near futureand plan on purchasing my future-set of irons through this shop, too. I must add, additional to Scott's great attitude and selflessness, every other employee I passed in the shop during my visit was friendly enough to ask how I was doing and if I needed help with anything. Great visit, great shop.

Are You Kidding Me??? We bought a new Ping G LE Driver for my wife at Golf Galaxy in Gulf Coast Center in Ft. Myers. The demonstration and selection process went well at the store and we purchased the $500 club. Upon delivery the store now tells us that the Wrench needed to adjust the loft is Not Included in the $500 purchase??!!!???. So basically we bought an adjustable club that is not adjustable.

Bought a gift card for my brother for Christmas, my other brother also bought him one as well to the same place. Gift card didnt reach him for both of us, I tried calling them multiple times had problems with it and waited for 30m on the phone, they DO NOT care, please dont buy e-gift cards from this place, you will have problems everytime.

I was fortunate to have Jimmy Zingale help me in buying a couple of new clubs at the Ft. Myers Golf Galaxy! What a great experience! A true professional! Very sociable made me laugh and enjoyed the one on one experience. If you need anything in golf Jimmy is your guy! Thank you very much! Stew
