        Signed a contract in December 2022 with a quote of 6 to 8 months. After numerous months of hearing from my sales person that it was making progress, I filed a complaint with BBB. Turns out, I'm not the only one. Once my complaint was received by the Fabritch, they moved very quickly, currently working on completing the job after over 15 months. I am confident that the only reason my pool cage is being installed now is because I filed a complaint.

        Just closed on our new house. I needed an additional screen door and a doggie door installed on our screen enclosure. I went to the website and filled out a contact request. Daniel called me right away and we discussed my needs. He called back the next day with a quote and completed the install the next day. Daniel went out of his way to find a larger doggie door for my pups. Kudos to the installer for recognizing the doggie door was a bit small for my large dogs. This entire process was seamless, responsive, and done within a few days.! Thanks Guys.!!
