        Cant get anyone on the phone Every time I get a contact they quit Not much good being said by their employees themselves

        Bought a Miller welder, but came out defective. Miller rep was telling me one thing, while Matheson was telling me another. In the end, I told them to keep the machine. However, upon asking for refund, I was told I had to wait for corporate. I went about 3 weeks without a welder or my money ($1400). They'll be happy to take your money, but just ask for a refund and expect to wait weeks.
