We could not be more pleased with our new vinyl flooring. Rick helped us decide on the best floor including price, color, and product. Ernesto and Suezana were the most professional, nice people we have ever worked with. If I have another project, I will only let Ernesto and Suezana do the installation of the product. I can't speak to the quality of work or even price and selection because it never had the chance to get that far. I have been asked by my brother-in-law to get some estimates for laminate in a home he just purchased, but have very limited access to the home. As such, I'm forced to do what I can on the phone. I don't expect that every business is willing or able to do this, but I do expect civility. Rather than answering my questions, the salesman talked over me, questioned me on estimates I had already gotten, told me that was enough and that I didn't need more, and finally said "I'm not interested in helping you. I'm not in the business of giving quotes". I don't know about anyone else, but if you make me feel like I'm a bother to you, I don't care what you're work is like.
