We are gutting our master bathroom. Redesigning and choosing new tile at Britts with Robin was easy. She has a great eye for color and detail (that I lack) and made great suggestions. I went with a lighter color because it is such a small room. I was thankful in the help to make the right choice.

I went to Britt's looking for some new rugs for my home. The people working there were very helpful and made sure I found something stylish that worked within my budget. I will definitely stop by again if I need more rugs in the future.

We worked with britts Carpet in the past theyve done a lot of work for us usually with out a problem. Unfortunately things have changed there. My wife and I recently went there and purchased luxury plank flooring. Chuck was our salesman who came out himself to look at the job to give us a quote for installing. When the installer came out, all he did was complain about the amount of work & preparation that had to be done in order to install the floors properly he basically didnt wanna do the work, and he lied to us about the amount of material and cost that it would take to do the job. He made a call so I went inside & when I came out they were gone. Britts way of handling this was to side with the installer basically calling my wife & I liars & drop our flooring off and telling us were on our own. Sad day when customer satisfaction is no longer important.
