We just moved down from New York and needed a dermatologist for our family. Cristal was wonderful with our teenage daughter and with my husband and I. She was knowledgeable and had a wonderful bedside manner.

Not to happy with my experience at this office. I made a appointment and had to wait weeks to get in. Was having alot of problems with the skin on my hands and was there previously and was given cream that did not work. After waiting several weeks I left work very early so I could get there in time. I had received a call the day before stating my appointment was at 3:30 as soon as I walked to the desk and stated my name a tall guy at the front desk started yelling in a very loud voice that I was late and would have to ask the Dr Crystal if they could still see me. I said I was told on the phone 3:30. He came back out and said she could not see me I would have to come back another day. The whole time he was yelling so loud. My gosh I came when I was told and they say I am lying and all I want is something to put on my painful hands.I said forget it I will go somewhere else. The time before that I got a spot removed after waiting several weeks I called and they had the Dr call me back it was cancerous. I think they should have called me sooner then the first time Crystal cut a wart off my arm I said I am on blood thinners Crystal said it would be fine. Soon after I got home it started bleeding heavily It bleed all night I thought I was going to have to go to the hospital. Needless to say I am done with associates in dermatology. I was toto happy with Crystal maybe theater doctors are better but she does not seem to care
