        The people were nice, but I cant say they were professional in any way. I asked them to run my insurance and they assured me I would be just responsible for my copay. Well, they sent me $1000+ bill and are asking that I pay it? Billing department is horrible, never returns your call after several attempts still nothing. Very unethical business practice going on here. Of course I will not be paying the bill, due to their misinformation and unprofessionalism. Dont go here, look elsewhere from here & advanced dermatology, youll be glad you stayed away.

        Our first prescription was never called in, after calling them repeatedly we got it sent to our pharmacy. Our next visit we were told to discontinue use of that prescription and start a different prescription, which was again never received by the pharmacy. After calling, again, we got our prescription sent over but it was the same medicine that we were told to discontinue. Cancelled our next appointment and found a new dermatologist.
