        The people were nice, but I cant say they were professional in any way. I asked them to run my insurance and they assured me I would be just responsible for my copay. Well, they sent me $1000+ bill and are asking that I pay it? Billing department is horrible, never returns your call after several attempts still nothing. Very unethical business practice going on here. Of course I will not be paying the bill, due to their misinformation and unprofessionalism. Dont go here, look elsewhere from here & advanced dermatology, youll be glad you stayed away.

        Very rude, I called and they said they couldn't help me and hung up on me. Instead of telling someone no next time say why you can't help someone and come up with another solution. Not a professional experience.
