This dentist was rude, unprofessional, and incompetent to a family member of mine during a recent visit. First, she filled a cavity incorrectly and it didnt hold up. When my family member returned to have another cavity filled on the opposite side, she started messing with the previous incorrectly filled cavity WITHOUT numbing the proper side. On top of that, while administering the numbing agent to the correct side, she was not using suction to remove the toxic liquid from pooling. My family member started to gag and was told DONT DO THAT. YOU CANT MOVE, I HAVE A NEEDLE IN YOUR MOUTH. YOU COULD HURT ME. Notice she said ME. She did not care about the patient, CLEARLY. On top of all of this, the numbing agent was administered INCORRECTLY, numbing the entire right side of my family members face. To add insult to LITERAL injury, the assistants were careless, pulling and tugging to the point of pain, and using my family members FACE as a rest for their hands because their arms were getting tired. Cant make this stuff up. Im genuinely shocked at the level of unprofessionalism at this establishment and I will tell everyone to avoid this dentist.
