-WARNING- Im astounded that they deleted my review Do not trust this dental practice, They did a terrible job on my filling, Went to another dentist and they had to redo the filling I got after wasting a ENTIRE day at this practice being promised multiple fillings, they numbed my mouth and only gave me one filling. The said filling was dug too low into my jaw and caused an infection, so their work caused me to have to get a root canal!! BEWARE!!! Bad practice with even worse customer service and even more sad they they delete reviews!!!

This location is awesome. The doctor there is wonderful to talk to. She honestly, caring and a great listener Explain thing to you and welcomes questions.

Needing two teeth repaired I was nervous to say the least. Ive had horrible experiences in the past. I have to say Dr Caceres was the best dentist that I have ever encountered. She was very understanding and talked me through each step. I would literally drive hours to see her if I had to.

This is my first review ever. I first called the office and asked if my plan was in network, and I was told it was. I made an appointment for my son to get a treatment plan. The plan was $6k out of pocket. After several appointments, I was told that I was not in network and my insurance did not pay. At that time I switched jobs and plans. I called and was reassured again that my new plan was in network. After a few more appointments and over $3k later, I was told that I was not in network. Long story short, the lies of the staff have cost me THOUSANDS of dollars. When I brought this to the attention of the office, her response was "okay." That's it. No apology, no offer to look into it, didn't ask me the names of the multiple people who told me I was in network, nothing but "okay." Then I was told that I still owed $500. Their deceitful business practices are horrible! When I questioned why I was not showing in network, the staff told me that it was because they were under new ownership and renegotiating their contracts and everything would be current at the end of the month. Fraudulent behavior cost me thousands of dollars and they think it's "okay."
