        Our experience today was painless, even pleasant. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We were called before we even had time to sit down in the waiting area. The place was bright and clean. Street parking was plenty and cost $1.50/hr (plus a few if you use a card). Caveat - today is the day after Christmas, so maybe theyre not as busy as usual. Nevertheless, we were very pleased.

        Today, I had a passport appointment with my daughter. I have to say it was the best customer service that we have received. Beginning with the man at the front desk, he was able to guide us with all questions and concerns. After that We meet with Angelica, very professional, clear, and kind. Thank you so much!

        Sandi was very helpful and extremely patient with us. We had to redo all of our paperwork while we were there, and she very clearly explained what we needed to change. It was an overall positive experience.
