        AMS would not stand by their lifetime roof warranty, which cost me over $6,000 for a new roof. I received a judgement against AMS for $6,350 and they refuse to pay. Read BBB comments and you'll see that they are a company that you should avoid.

        I would like to caution everyone in the North Fort Myers Florida area about AMS Roofing / AMS Roofing & Constructions (Known as AMS of FLA on Facebook) INAPPROPRIATE BUSINESS PRACTICES. We had hired AMS to do a renovation/job (siding/windows/lanai/etc), work that had not started; OUR HOME WAS DESTROYED BY HURRICANE IAN and yet they will NOT return the thousands of dollars we have on deposit. Buyer Beware!!! DO NOT do business with these people! Go to Landis or another licensed professional!
