Initially we were very impressed with this company. The communication and customer service was extremely helpful. When we initially placed our order on 9/10/21 we were told that they were about 2 weeks out. We coordinated equipment and planned the initial tear out accordingly. On 10/14/21 (more than 4 weeks later) we followed up and were told they were trying to get a shipping date due to Covid outbreak at the plant. After 10 days of not hearing back we followed up and finally on 10/28/21 we received response that they would be shipping in 2-3 weeks. On 11/16/21 we still had not received anything so we followed up and have yet to get a response. It is now 12/2/21 and while again we have sent numerous emails and made many phone calls this week just asking for communication we have received nothing in return. We understand Covid delays but we have a customer who has spent a great deal of money and we cannot get anyone to help us out, answer the phone or return any emails. We hoped this would be the best place to get gabion baskets for future projects but at this point we will not be giving this company any further business.
