Known and lived here since2005- one of the best of the best kept secrets here in Lee County- greatest place to live within 250 miles around that Ive known in my 55 years in the State of Florida.

My mom's condo was destroyed in the hurricane and is unlivable, but they are still making her pay the monthly maintenance fees. No one from Seven Lakes has contacted her to see if she is alive, hospitalized, or showing any concern for her. Very disappointed in their lack of care for her or her property.

This is our 2nd winter staying in this 55 and over gated community. Moderately priced with a lot of amenities. Golf and golf cart and tennis and pickleball included with rental. Everything is nice, close to shopping , restaurants, theaters. Very secure safe community, accessible only with barcode on vehicle or notification to the gate when our guests visit. We're like two kids in a toy store!!

Beautifully landscaped and maintained 55+ golf club community in Ft. Myers. Primarily 3 story condo buildings dating from the late 1970's to the early 2000s. All are nicely maintained with exteriors painted in eggshell and pale olive with many units including a large enclosed terrace overlooking the grounds and an updated golf course meandering around the buildings in a lushly landscaped, south Florida sub-tropical setting. There are a few luxury townhomes on the property and I believe villas as well. A modern community clubhouse is on property with a swimming pool and tennis courts. It appears they're building more tennis courts as of April 2021 as well. The community also includes water, cable television and internet with the monthly fees. My relatives who live at 7 Lakes say there are other pools on property as well. Units are reasonably priced as the maintenance fees are a bit pricey but worth it for the amenities. Nearby shopping is all around the community including mini malls with supermarkets, restaurants, a modem Target and Dollar Tree mall with other stores, Bell Tower Shops with upscale stores and a Dave & Buster's, nearby branch if Lee Memorial Hospital and the Florida Southwestern State College campus with the Suncoast arena.
