      Ryan,I'm sorry you felt that way. We had a new (2nd day) employee that answered the phone after hours. He had a strong German accent and his English was hard to understand over the phone. He might not have been the best person to take your call. He was a good employee but not the best communicator. He no longer works here.I think what he had meant to say to you is that we are a commercial concrete contractor. We typically bid work from structural engineering plans provided to us by General Contractors. We do not typically do smaller residential concrete work.I apologize he didn't come across better or more clear. If you ever need anything in the future please don't hesitate to contact my office and ask for me.Respectfully,Chad S. - Owner
