Hi-Tec Concrete, Inc was contracted to cut several 6" drainage holes on our property. when initially scheduled they were a no show on the first day and were hours late on the second day. One of the three workers discarded his cigarette butts onto the ground and failed to pick them up. We were highly disappointed with the overall quality of the workmanship, several holes were off center and several had horribly cut edges. When i reiterated that the walls were not getting stucco, they were rude and argumentative, stating "Sxxx Happens, man". During the departure one worker attempted to take our new hose, after a brief verbal confrontation they left. We would never recommend this company.
