If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not use this company, they will take your money immediately and seemingly have no intention of delivering a product.
Additionally, there is zero communication. It is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone and I had to email literally almost single day to provide an update on my order because there is no attempt to communicate or provide an iota of customer service. Not only did my order take much longer than the quoted lead time, they also shipped me a less quality product than what I had ordered and tried to pass it off as the same. It took nearly 3 months of hounding to finally receive the product I paid for SIX MONTHS prior. They will lie about lead times, create excuse after excuse as to why your order is taking so long. They take your money immediately but that is the only thing they do with any ounce of urgency.
It is very clear they do not value customers, do not care about customer satisfaction or the product they are putting out. I would suggest using literally any other company for your paper/packaging needs and avoid this one at all costs.
