        The older gentleman working this evening was a condescending jerk. I walked into the humidor with three women looking for smokes. My mother-in-law was looking to buy a cigar for her husband when the employee came in and asked if we need help. She inquired about a $100 stick and was told "I don't know, it's a $100 cigar, it's not like rocky Patel is handing these out." You'd think an employee of a cigar bar would be more helpful and would have some knowledge of one of the most expensive cigars in his humidor. Needless to say, this turned me off and we left.

        OMG. Talk about a rocking venue in downtown Fort Myers. My wife and I have made so many good memories there rocking out and dancing to some amazingly good bands. One of our favorite bands that frequent the Cigar Bar is Smack Daddy. They are such a good band and they take requests. They can play just about anything. From Led Zeppelin to Prince and everything in between. They are a must see for anyone who wants to have a great night rocking and dancing the night away.

        Outstanding cigar selection, well stocked bar with high end bourbons, scotch, and cognac. Very nice hard working bartenders. Outstanding live entertainment.

      Thank you so much for the feedback and we apologize for your experience. The person that was working that night was covering for a few hours for one of our regular staff that could not be there. Our regular Tobacconist staff are well versed on our cigars. Again, we apologize for your experience and hope that you will join us again.
