        I took a lot of time to determine the score for this. The product they delivered was top-notch. But (yep, you knew there was a but.) But the process took almost 5 weeks, when I was told it would only be 1. That's not the really bad part. The worst part was they didn't communicate that. I had to call to get updates, and when I would, I never got a clear answer. Then, when I picked up my car, I got talked down to, basically " mansplained" and I'm a man.
