        I just had a quick inquiry about a situation, that their website says they help with and the woman who answered the phone was extremely dismissive and not helpful in anyway. She wouldnt even give me a recommendation for someone who could help. I would not recommend them.

        Unless you have a case that requires a lot of involvement ($$) on their end, dont waste the time it takes to call them. Simple 1 hr appointments for advice they have absolutely no interest in. I expected more professionalism.

My staff at Hagen Law Firm consistently go out of their way to be polite, helpful and to provide referrals when we cannot take a case due to a full caseload. I frequently receive compliments as to our team's great phone manners. I asked all 5 of my co-workers and your name or call did not "ring a bell" with anyone here as to a recent call.
