I have been living here for a few months and can honestly say its the nicest apartment complex I have lived in. The staff are all extremely kind and helpful. Katie was amazing through the whole leasing process, and is always so pleasant when anything is needed. The maintenance team is extremely fast in helping with any issues in the apartment. The amenities are always clean. I am very glad we made the decision to move to this complex and look forward to staying a while!

Been here for a year and half. Live this place. Its quiet, the office staff is top notch, and the maintenance staff is professional and courteous. Beautiful pool and barbecue area, perfect fitness center and the clubhouse is a nice place to hang out. Happy to be living here.

I can't speak highly enough about my experience at this apartment complex. From the moment I moved in, I was greeted with exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere that has truly made this place feel like home. First and foremost, the staff here are incredible. From the leasing office to the maintenance team, everyone goes above and beyond to ensure residents are taken care of. Any issues or concerns are promptly addressed, and they always make an effort to make residents feel valued and appreciated. The amenities provided here are top-notch. Whether it's the modern fitness center, the inviting pool area, or the well-equipped communal spaces, there's always something to do and enjoy. I particularly love taking advantage of the community events organized by the management team, which help foster a sense of camaraderie among residents. Speaking of residents, the community here is fantastic. I've had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful people from diverse backgrounds, and it's been great getting to know my neighbors. There's a real sense of camaraderie and mutual respect that permeates the community, making it a joy to come home to each day. Location-wise, this apartment complex couldn't be better situated. It's conveniently located near major highways, shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment options, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Yet, despite its proximity to urban amenities, the complex itself is tucked away in a peaceful, residential neighborhood, providing the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. As for the units themselves, they're simply fantastic. I was impressed by the modern design, spacious layout, and attention to detail that went into each apartment. From the high-end appliances to the stylish finishes, it's clear that no expense was spared in creating a comfortable and inviting living space. In terms of safety and security, this apartment complex excels. I've always felt safe and secure here, thanks to the diligent efforts of the management team to ensure the property is well-maintained and monitored. From secure entry systems to well-lit parking areas, they've thought of everything to provide residents with peace of mind. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to call this apartment complex home. It's rare to find a place that ticks all the boxes in terms of location, amenities, community, and service, but this place truly delivers on all fronts. Having lived at the Oasis at Cypress Woods for several years, I can confidently recommend this community to anyone looking for a new home. Recent interactions with the property manager, Madison and the maintenance staff reminded me why I continue to sign a new lease here year after year. Madison and the entire leasing office staff are warm, friendly and professional. I have never had a question or concern that wasnt addressed promptly. Maintenance is fast and efficient. Ive had minimal maintenance related issues through the years, but when an issue does arise, it has been addressed and rectified within hours of notifying them. This staff goes above and beyond to keep the grounds clean and beautiful. The amenities are great and the location right off of I75 is ideal!
