Great little community in the perfect location. Managers in the office were always helpful with questions we had and being accommodating with letting us move close to family that was already in the community. Townhomes were perfect size for our little family and the move in and move out process was quick and easy! Would definitely recommend!

Kiara was very personal, respectful, and informative. Worked with my fianc and I when we had a bit of hiccups. I cant wait to move in soon.

Efran has always been willing to help us with the requirements we have requested quickly and effectively. In general we have had a good experience living in Mirage Bay, with its Administrator and good coexistence with the neighbors.
