Just got my keys! Fatima was super helpful and patient. She even stayed late to help me finish the paperwork. I am excited to move in and finally relax in my new home.

The property manager, Fatima, was wonderful and so helpful during the entire application and move-in process. After getting in the application, everything moved very quickly and easily! Definitely a good experience.

Great location , management is very responsive and quick with issues. Very pet friendly, our location has a cute area for dogs to run around and play. We have been living in our location for a year now and its very nice and quiet with great neighbors and a pool! We love it here its an awesome place to live with great staff!

Lived here 4 years and there's always an issue. Fatima always has a nasty attitude and is extremely rude and disrespectful. I placed a maintenance call for a leaking kitchen faucet. 3 times they came and everytime they marked it as complete. Every month for 3 months when i dropped of my rent. The maintenance men would say it was completed when they didn't fix it. Turns out, I needed a entire new faucet. In my first year of me living here. If you dont come with your own washer and dryer, good luck because there are only 4 washers and 4 dryers for the community to use... The valet trash pick up is unreliable and up cant opt out of it no matter how close u are to a dumspter. The latest. Dec 22 2023. I have to call Xfinity because the cable box was down for 4 days. When I spoke with someone. They said that the community had made changes and instead of them proving cable TV they are now proving internet. The problem I have is, they just send a email in the portal last night. 12/21/2023 Why not send a notice when the discussion started.

Weve only been here for about a month but we already love it very much. Older apartments but for the size and price range it was a god send. We love the views, the neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are nice and it is in the middle of everything. 10 minutes from our jobs is such a plus! Fatima was very nice and made the process a smooth one. She guided us through each process and explained how everything worked in the community. She kept in constant contact when I had questions and would respond to my emails right away. The valet trash and free cable was a shocker for us, wonderful perks! Maintenance was very quick and kept to their time frame when our alarm kept going off in the unit, very nice and personable. We are thankful and hope to make this our home for a while.
