Tuscan & Company, PA

I recently had my taxes done last year by this company. They have been great in the past. This time very poor service and not professional at all. Charged me 300 more dollars than what I was told. I spoke with them about it and THEY said we will knock off 25 dollars. Ok that was not great but ok it is what it is. Then they said they submitted my taxes to irs and that I had to pay once a month to pay back my taxes. Never got anything and I noticed I wasnt paying anything so I contacted Tuscan and they gave me to Morgan and she said she would help. They found out I posted I review about my service and Morgan sends me and email saying if you take down the review we will help but it's gonna cost you. I already paid for this service and they are trying to charge me again. Very very poor business and totally unprofessional. I can only post the truth so that others can read before using this company. I to own a business in Florida and if I treated my customers this way I wouldn't be in business. We all make mistakes but a good company once you point it out would make it right not threaten you and then try and charge your again. BEWARE

Tuscan CPA is great! Very knowledgeable, quick and nice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
