Edison Beach House

Stayed in room 307 and the view was beautiful. Rooms: Room was very nice and spacious. They should replace the pillows.

Rude staff. Lack in transparency for how much construction is actually going on. There was a painter outside of our balcony at 6am to the point where he could see directly in, we could smell fumes and my 1.5 year old couldnt even access it. We had to keep our door shut. Emailed (they received and chose not to respond) and even attempted to call to resolve the issue & Irene not only argued with me to where I couldnt even get a word in but hung up on me. 100% will not return. Safety: Lack in safety seeing how there was equipment everywhere and my daughter could physically touch the machine they were using on the balcony to paint if I allowed her out there.

Although still under repair from Ian the facility was very nice. Staff was very accommodating to our needs and were definitely enjoying their jobs. Safety: Night time security on duty. Walkability: Closest hotel to times Square. About 150' walk. Food & drinks: No restaurant or bar on site but Times Square just a couple minutes walk away. Yucatan, Wahoo Willie's and Nervous Nellie's all great places to eat and drink only a quick walk away.
