We recently purchased a home using Outer Island Mortgage as our loan source.  Our Broker was Keri Weeg.  She was absolutely awesome.  Her knowledge of local real estate lawyers, insurance agents and real estate agents made purchasing our home effortless.  Keri was always quick to answer any question or to solve any concern we came across.  She went way over and above helping us.  Any problems we came across from the time we signed the purchase contract to closing she was on it and notified us immediately of the status.  She was extremely easy to get in contact with.  Usually within just minutes she was calling you back.  Something that seemed to be a rarity with the other companies. Every recommendation she gave us turned out to be the best and cheapest.  We were able to close and occupy the home within 30 days because of her expertise. She even came to the closing table to answer any last minute questions to make sure it all went smooth.  We couldn't be happier with our choice of mortgage broker.We will definitely contact Keri with our next real estate purchase!  Such a pleasure to have someone on your side with such an important purchase.Dave and Amanda Imhoff
