I booked online with Ranalli, for 2 regular flights and one boat rider. The day before we got a text with the address of where to go and a request to ne there 20 minutes early. We did this, but unfortunately the address was a public pay lot. The lot was full and we had to figure something else out, which is tricky when your a tourist. We finally found parking and then headed to the beach. We couldn't find the right spot because nothing said Ranalli. It turns out we were supposed to know to go to Paradise instead. I voiced my frustration and then the staff was just prickly. And suddenly there was no spot on the boat for me. I was just to send the 2 girls out alone. The beachstaff was just rude the entire time. The boat staff and parasail experience were both good. But the customer service was disappointing.

2 stars instead of 1 since the end experience worked out well. Getting there however was painful. If I am contacted by someone to make this pain go away that I am sure is effecting others also, I will modify this review. My info and number are in my 4/4/24 reservation. Currently this parasail location is NOT CORRECT and you have a multi block trek to the paradise desk. Per the shuttle boat driver, they manage 3 parasail companies out of that location. We called multiple times trying to get there and referenced Ranalli parasail after making a reservation. Paradise desk does not say Ranalli and locals have no idea what Ranalli is. Estero blvd location Donora blvd not correct either. A simple Ranalli sign at the paradise desk would have been hugely helpful. Once in the correct location the staff are accomodating and professional at the desk, boat shuttle, and parasail boat crew. There is a min weight limit that our 110lb daughter did not meet so an adult had to join at additional cost, of course.

BEWARE February 2024 update. Good luck on your refund. You will wait 3+ years. Since March 2021 Ranally Parasail fails to refund our $200 for the well in advance Covid cancellation. Ranalli Parasail practices STEALING clients'money, and avoid communication with visitors from other states. As local guide and traveller I have never imagined this SCAM could be taking place in USA today. Should you give your money to this kind of thievs or give business to other, honest companies? See how you can also be robbed by Ranalli Parasail and be smart. In March 2021, as we planned our travel to FL, paid $200 for parasail reservation. While in Miami family got Covid. We immediately called and cancelled in advance so Ranally could take other people, and asked for refund. We rerouted our trip to drive to nature places with no people around, no public gatherings. All other activity reservations involving crowds have been successfully cancelled and refunded - but not Ranalli Parasale UP TILL NOW despite numerous contacts the Ranalli Parasail Company still keeps our $200, for which they did not provide any service and, as we cancelled well in advance - they made double profit. What kind of miserable situation company and people should be in, to desperately and dishonestly cling on someones $200 and run away and throw the phone when hearing we called? Everyone sees how Ranalli Parasale - taking advantage robbing visitors that live far from FL. They do not care if someone has Covid or other Deadly sickness riding with you. And it's a fact-covid killed millions worldwide, and few people in our church passed away. But Ranally parasale only care how to get a hold of your $. If you got a problem- good luck on refund. Since March 2021 Mr Ranalli was further dropping the phone when I called, then not answering, picking when I called from another number and dropping again. First call he was very nice, saying come to FL for your free ride. But when we said we are from west coast and have other plans for next vacations and asked for refund of our money - Rannali became rude and started dropping the phone, hiding, even complaining "not appreciating the negative review". Later I had a call Aug 9, 2022 with Chase. He asked to write to him a message and he and his wife would resolve. Email sent with all discussed info snipshots bank xfer, also message via company website sent. Guess what? Silence. Zero result, no email response, no callback from Chase, or personnel of Ranalli Parasale. This is a clear aged sign that Ranalli Parasail company - if they can rob a client they will not waste the opportunity. Chase was not able to resolve refunding my money. Ranalli and Chase and Co, this is not Italian mafia Sicily 1920, this is USA today. BEWARE you will surely see their real personality if you ever need to cancel or refund. God gives the thieves - exactly what they deserve - and abundantly. Per today Ranally Parasail company still delinquent and failed to refund $200 for nonprovided service on in advance Covid cancelled appointment, paid to them in March 2021. Will keep updated untill resolved.
