David did a fantastic job for us. Although the house we wanted was a little out of his territory, he never once complained about driving to meet us and showing us another house. We bought a foreclosure home and his expertise in dealing with the bank was invaluable, making our negotiations with the bank very easy. I think he saved us tens of thousands of dollars at the closing by taking advantage of the banks inexperience and desire to get rid of their asset.

David is an amazing Realtor who goes well beyond what is expected of him the entire way through the home buying process! He gets involved and stays involved in all of the details - even those that other Realtors wouldn't considered "their job". We were out of town Buyers who didn't have a lot of familiarity with the market. We provided David with details on what we were looking for and he immediately took off to find us the perfect home. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and was open and honest with us at at every step of the way. Because of this we very quickly learned we could trust his judgement. In our absence, David would do walk thru's of homes and video them for us, providing us honest feedback each time. Once we found a home, he helped arrange inspections, proactively dealt with Sellers Realtor, provided insurance and lending contacts, and was there hand in hand with us through the entire closing process. His involvement didn't stop there. After closing, David continued to make himself available to meet with and help arrange contractors to do some rehab work and even stayed long enough to help us set up our new cable boxes! David is not just our Realtor, he became our friend. His service and commitment are as strong as they can get. We couldn't have asked for anyone better!

David came highly recommended to us by another snowbird. It turned out to be a great recommendation. Talk about customer service! With great patience, he helped us understand what we wanted and guided us through the whole process (including helping us determine whether or not to buy). We couldn't be happier with the results, we bought the right place at the right price, largely because of David's market knowledge and efforts (and understanding our needs). But more than that, he helped us every step of the way including all the little things that are needed by someone buying real estate from a distance. It was (and still is!) like having a family member locally who was available and willing to do anything to help. Will be selling in a few years and we wouldn't consider using any agent other than David. He has definitely earned our loyalty.
