Sean's Total Car Care

I usually read the reviews before I choose a place. I needed an oil change and a wheel realignment. They were backed up and got my car done within a couple of hours. Very inexpensive for a BMW, if need anything done in the future I'll definitely choose Sean's place.

Overcharging for parts is biggest complaint. Blames it on the computer. Poor workmanship, wires left hanging

My experience was exceptional. When they called me and gave the estimate, I was amazed how fair the price was. Didn't get me for add-ons that were unnecessary charges. 100% recommend. I loved the idea of walk-in appointments. Sean and his wife were great to talk to and no pressure to upsell.

Rating 4.9 (56 Reviews) Ted Schindler recommends Sean's Total Car Care. Just now It's like stepping back in time. At 77 I have experienced a lot. Issues today are commonly related to customer service or the lack there of. My daughter's BMW had brake problems- I googled up local shops. Sean's reviews were so good, I thought they may be fake. Turns out all true. Took the BMW in on Monday morning at 0730 to be first in line before 0800 posted opening. Despite being early, Sean was already tending to other customers, so I got in line. I explained to him my daughter needed the car soon to go back to work in Tampa. Explained the problem and he said it sounded like a brake problem. I caught a ride home and got a call stating the issue and an estimate to get repaired. He estimated car would be ready around 1400. The price was extremely fair. He called again and said car was ready for pickup at 1400. I was so impressed. My Ram diesel truck which needed oil service. So 'swapped' vehicles. Again reasonable and timely. What's more the service tech noted that tires needed air and a brake light was inop. Thy remedied both minor issues an did not charge for the new bulb or extra work. Like I opened with - this an ole fashioned run biz. Please keep him busy, the community cannot let Seans go out of biz. Ted Schindler, FMB.
