I loveeeeee Dr.Jessica Burgers . Shes very thorough. Shes definitely on top of her stuff . Lorraine her nurse is an angel 4 stars because of the scheduling hassle. Im back in network so yayyy . I take Mamos every 3months . Let me help out with scheduling for you guys . I promise Ill make everyones day .

The worst place and experience at Dorothy Mangurian Comprehensive womens health center. They cancel the appointments without informing the patient. I was waiting for 4 months (since July) for my appointment and when I showed on time they told me that it was canceled by them. Then they lied and said that they left a message that I never received. It was a waste of time driving there to be told that they canceled my appointment and not caring at all. Last year they forgot to include my ultrasound. Disrespectful, incompetents and they do not care about the patients only about the money. Thank God I can afford any other place definitely better that this one.

I called today to schedule a mammogram and bone density test per my doctors request. I was told to fax my prescription and then they would schedule my appointments.I asked if I could scan and email since I dont have a fax machine. I was told no, it had to be faxed. I was asked where my last tests were conducted, because until HC received my past test results they would not read and or provide my imaging information. I suggested that this could be my first mammogram and then what? I was told that no one would look at it for a month or more. I was baffled by this entire phone call experience! Thank God I like and trust my doctor, because this experience left a bad taste in my mouth!!
