I did the 7 week program with the help of Lana and Mercedes coaching me through and lost 20 pounds! I reached my goal, learned life-long healthy eating and exercise habits, and feel that the quality of my life has improved SO SO much. It feels so fantastic to wake up feeling fit and healthy every day, something I had been working toward unsuccessfully on my own for three years. This was exactly what I needed to reach my goals. Lana provides a great service. You do not need to live in the area to take advantage of the great fat loss programs they have to offer. I live in NYC and was able to lose over 30 lbs with remote coaching and nutrition advice. All you need is a Fat Loss Coach and the will to succeed!
