Simply put they said what they were going to do and they did it! They were organized, prompt, and dedicated to their customer experience. Mike and his staff were all very professional, courteous and easy to work with. I was impressed with how the staff cleaned up the area being worked on every day before they left. Mike and his trades were very responsive to our requests, and kept us updated on any issues arising from the renovation. Issues will always come up in an older home, and how the contractor addresses it with the homeowner can make the process pleasant to deal with.
