Horrible driver on route 1 her bus #20040 the driver had a nasty attitude. Im a visitor and didnt know how to use the keypad. Such a bad experience.

Not for tourists! If you plan to use local buses, as a cheaper means of transportation, and are on any sort of time schedule, to visit Fort Lauderdale area - don't do it! Indeed, you'll waste valuable time waiting for buses that may or may not be on time - patience is a virtue (30 to 60 minutes wait). In addition, quite a few waiting areas are in direct sunlight without any sort of protection against the elements - excessively warm and humid. However, and to be fair, if money is of concern with plenty, and I mean plenty, of time to spare, once on buses the service was fairly affordable, clean and the drivers were polite, courteous and most helpful - essential services for and suited for the locals and "not for tourists"!

In the last 2 years I have called more than 10 times to make complaints about Broward public buses. Working at the airport I have continually complained about the buses that go south, there are always 2 buses in a row to Central Terminal and many times the one that goes to Aventura Mall does not go on time. For a few months the buses are disgusting, dirty and not They have a minimum of hygiene. I called again today with a complaint about the cleanliness and safety of these buses; Tired of them not listening to my complaints, I post it on Google so that perhaps more users can make their complaints public, this is unsustainable. Regarding safety, I am going to post a photo, but every day there are problems on the buses where the driver omits them without calling 911. NOT ALL DRIVERS ARE BAD. But some have the nastiest attitudes especially early in the morning. They treat the working people who pay worse than those who get on and doesn't pay. Ridiculous. They need proper training or they just don't need to work.

I'm using bus stop #3628 Two consecutive days,yesterday and today 04/25-26/23, I was a minute away from this bus stop, on-board a 62. Now I needed to go on a 60 going North and my app told me the 60 was scheduled foor 5 minutes away. However the 60 was already on at the bus when I alighted off the 62 bus ,and to my annoyance the operator didn't have the common decency as to at least wait until the 62 pulled up at the stop.This occurred two consecutive days! I use this route ever single day! This is not right because I am a regular customer who pays my taxes,which pays these bus operators. I am suggesting you ask the operators,to at least obliged us the cudtomers,to wait a mjnute,when they see a bus pulling up at the bus stand. Thank you kindly
