        I used to work for Roadmaster tire .Goodyear Naperville Illinois. We never got away with the way this Goodyear treats people. We will never go there again. Someone needs to pay attention to how this store is operating. Had to bring the car back Monday to rebalance the rear tires. 45 min later .car is still on the rack with one tire off. Don't come here is my recommendation

        The person working behind the counter was rude, unprofessional, and lied about who he was when I called their corporate office to complain about him. I wouldn't get air from this location let alone tires or any service they provide, this is a location you want to avoid at all cost.

        I came here right before a road trip and was concerned about my tire light going off. The two employees who were there that day immediately helped me out and put my mind at ease checking out all the tires and letting me know that the sensor was bad but that the car was drivable. Whew!
