        It was the education and customer service for me!! Luis was extremely transparent with what material was best for my daughter's skill level and strength. He's definitely mobile - he picked up the racquet from my job then sent me a picture of the finished product about 90 minutes later. Pleasant, pleasant experience. If you want quality work with a quick turn around, look no further.
