MMR CPA

Called to ask for help, but got denied straight away because I am not a customer while I clearly stated that I am a POTENTIAL customer. Is this how this company condone their business? Shouldnt you be able to guide a potential customer before getting their actual business. Terrible terrible terrible.

She made the whole process smooth and easy as it was my first time filing with a CPA instead of using a commercial preparer. Will be back again next year.

Wow, explained what services I was looking for and if they could provide them, I called over the phone. Tax filing, nothing more. The receptionist had poor listening skills and acted scripted until I asked professional questions then she went silent. She had no idea about basic tax answers that she needed to know, as she asked, to better help guide my call? I decided to end that Avenue quickly. No quality on the front end leads me to believe theres nothing good on the back either.

I had the opportunity to sit in a nonprofit accounting training facilitated by Marie Rosier. She was outstanding as a facilitator, gave very practical and helpful information, and is definitely an expert when it comes to accounting and finance for small and large nonprofit organizations. I highly recommend her.

Very helpful and responsive, her assistant was very courteous when I called and Marie called me the next day to schedule an appointment. The appointment started on time and she was very friendly and approachable. After 30 minutes of talking about fees and the way she could help us, we could tell she is very knowledgeable. I'm glad I followed the reviews in here, because after being frustrated with other CPAs, we felt that we found the person we were looking for. I would definitely recommend her to friends, especially those who have small businesses.
