We have been frequenting this small business since we moved to the area in 2015. We recently had a situation where we were not getting normal/optimal waterflow through our line. I consider myself fairly handy and a very much DIYer but I was unsuccessful in correcting the issue myself. Within minutes Crystals was able to identify the issue and after a few parts and less than two hours of labor later, they had the issue resolved. I cannot recommend them enough. From the knowledgeable and professional expertise, to the SUPER FRIENDLY and AFFORDABLE service, the folks at Crystals are hands down top notch and I tip my hat to them. Big thank you to Amalie, Henry, Paul, and Roger!

Simple and helpful. They dont make caring for my pool overly complicated. When i have had a problem, their solutions were inexpensive and effective. I love the small town feel of their shop and service.
