I feel bad for Caesar the branch manager for having an employee like Bryan. I have been with them for over a year, and never had an issue, but I have a new tech, Pablo, and in the last week I only had service 3 of the 4 weeks, and only one week did he vacuum the pool. I stopped by today to let them know I want to make sure I get the pool vacuumed and chemicals added every week. When i went in Bryan was at the counter and I explained that I have not been getting the service I am paying for and to just make sure that it will get better. Bryan responded with "can you prove your pool was not cleaned?" not just one time, but he repeated it 3 times. Basically he is telling me he does not believe me. I was going to let it go, and just explained to him, I just want to make sure I get the service that I am paying for. He responded with " if you don't like the service, you can always go someplace else" Amazing. all he had to do was tell me that he would check with the tech and make sure I was getting the service that I was paying for. but for whatever reason I left feeling that he basically called me a liar and told me to go someplace else. Which is what I did. started with a new company the same day and went back to cancel the service. Bryan seemed very happy to cancel the service. But Caesar came out and heard the conversation and agreed this was not handled in the best way by Bryan. End result is they lost a customer and now are getting a bad review.

Signed up for pool service and had to cancel within 3 weeks. On the first service they recommended I change the filter, which I agreed to and purchased the filter from them. The next week they changed the filter and from that point on when my pump would turn off water would shoot out from the skimmer basket on my deck. I called them and asked for them to fix it but they would only fix it if I agreed to pay the $150 technician fee for someone to come out and diagnose the issue. I refused to pay for someone to come out to diagnose the issue that they caused. I proceeded to call the store for weeks trying to discuss this issue with the owner and left my name and number for them to call me since they were never in the store when I would call at the times told to me by the workers in the store. It seems like this is the business model of this store. They tell you to buy something and then cause an issue with the system and tell you to pay more money to diagnose and who knows what the charge would be to actually fix it. I would avoid this store at all costs.

Do NOT get service or remodel your pool here. Dirk is the most dishonest crooked person ever. He does deals and contracts off the books and doesnt follow through with contract agreement. He over charges, sends people to my house without my knowledge and permission.
