We retained EMA for numerous insurance third party claim damage assessments in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale, and they did professional assessments. The reports were excellent and the engineers who performed inspection was knowledgeable. Their rates are competitive with other forensic engineers in town better than several engineering firms. Highly recommended!

Unprofessional. I called to get an estimate and the gentleman that answered the phone hung up mid- conversation and then didn’t want to answer any of my calls after that.

Very rude, unprofessional and expensive just to do an home structure inspection. I called the number listed and asked the guy who answered the call about doing a Inspection on a residential property. He stated the cost of $650 and I replied wow that's a lot but before I could even go further about still possibly scheduling the inspection because its something that I really need to have complete in order to purchase the property, he immediately hung up in my face and wouldn't answer my call back.

We consulted this firm for our STRUCTURAL CONDITION ASSESSMENT project & roof moisture survey. Highly knowledgeable staff and excellent services were provided to us in very timely manner. Their rates are far better than several engineering firms. Highly recommended!
