Very hard to reach. Dismissive and very condescending when I was able to talk with someone. Like they were doing you a big favor to pay them a couple of grand to inspect a building. Dragged their feet for a re inspection on a 40 year certification where I was being fined $250 a day. They could not have cared less. They recommend no one to repair what they say needs repairing. Just expect this up front. They are lying when they say theyve never been responsible for someone being fined. I was one of those people and because they dragged their feet for the reinspection. The owner can toot his horn all he wants. Im a real customer and was very disappointed.

They did a good job helping us get our 40/50 year certification. The city of Miami Beach made them jump through a bunch of hoops which they were able to do.

We hired Batista to do the 50-year inspection for our condominium building. The entire process was done in a thorough and professional manner. We have just agreed to have Batista perform the SIRS study based on our prior experiences.
