Lady broke the zipper on my suitcase while doing bag search not happy with my experience. Next time Ill just carry my suitcase with me at terminal 3

Easy to find location. The location is mis-represented in Google maps resulting in frustration among some folks. It's located in terminal 1 building 1, above Starbucks (up or down the escalators, depending on where you are. It's the middle level). Easy process and great service by Rebecca - efficient and quick.

Great option to have! Price to hold luggage was very affordable. I cant remember the workers name but she saw I made a mistake on the amount of bags I added to my online reservation. The sign at the counter state no refunds but she reached out to her manager and was able to make sure I would get refunded for the amount I didnt need. Overall great experience and was a huge help to us since we had a whole day to kill before our flight!
