My Circus My Monkeys
I'm really not one to leave reviews but it's 8:22am, I'm standing out front and it's still not open?!?!? There were 6 of us waiting at 1 point....2 people left and 4 of us left and went to another location a couple mins prior to 8:30...maybe just open later??

I've been going to this store for several years. I was simply shipping out an overnight envelope with a return envelope enclosed today. Donna, was working on this simple task for almost 20 minutes, couldn't figure it out, only wanted to give me attitude. Gerardo came to help out (at my request) and it took him another 10 minutes, no sorry for the inconvenience, nothing just attitude from both. $100 spent, and a half hour to complete a simple task, I really like the owner Rose, but there is FedEx and UPS on powerline that know how to do their job and won't give you attitude for their ineptness.

Staff is courteous and professional, kind, patience and are willing to help. Easy in and out. The notary services experience if awesome, the guy that did this is super professional, attentive to details. It was excellent experience! Thank you!!!!!!
