This gem of a community was completed about 4 years ago as a development created by New Urban Communities. Each home is detached and separated from neighbors by a generous secluded patio.
There are five layouts in two different architectural styles referred to as Santa Barbara and Bermuda Dutch. A little more than half the homes (18) have street frontage with the remainder fronting an interior court. The two car garage of each home is accessed from an internal gate controlled roadway.
Homes that come to the market are quick to be purchased. This a fantastic community of quality homes and should not be missed.
