I dont even know where to start with Mr. Winner. Lets just say its all in his last name. I feel like I am forever indebted to him for the hard work and effort he put into selling our home and finding us a new one. He is worth every penny for his knowledge alone. Weve bought twice & sold once with him in the last 6 years. I found him online and Im so thankful for that connection. Now lets get into his knowledge, not only did he negotiate the best selling price for us, he got us the most out of our equity. Then, he not only knows Broward county like this back or his hand, he knows his stuff all the way to northern Florida, where he relocated us to a beautiful up and coming city. He did his homework in the schools our children would be attending, and has connections with the Jones builders which turned out to be the biggest blessing of our lives. He listened to all our needs to go above and beyond. Got us a great deal while BUYING our BRAND NEW never lived in before house. At the end of everything, we all felt like family lol. Its been two months now since weve been moved in, everything about our new community is a dream. Family oriented neighborhood is what we wanted and thats exactly what Steve winner went to find us.
