I've had the pleasure of working with Rich, the owner of Wholesale Home Sales, on two deals already. One in Hollywood and one in Miami. He works promptly to ensure the contract moves forward as quickly as possible and is a very straightforward business person. He will answer questions. Sometimes communication can be a little delayed or answers can be a bit short, but I'm assuming Rich is juggling multiple deals simultaneously and is doing whatever he can for his clients.
